Hi everybody,
I got a direto xt-r, and I got a problem with my shifting. First there is a lot of friction when I change gear and I can't reach the highest gear.
I checked the spacers from the home trainer to match it with the length of my thru-axle (142 mm), I use the exact same cassette (shimano ultegra 12s 11-30) and according to the user guide, it does'nt need any spacer or adjustments.
Can anyone help me on that matter ? Thx a lot
Does 12s road cassette (ultegra) need a spacer ?

Since you’ve already verified the spacers and cassette, I’d start with the cassette/adhesive ring check and derailleur hanger alignment, as these are common culprits on Direto trainers. Golf Hit
