Trying to update Direto firmware but upgrado says it's up to date

I have the base Direto and I've just bought the Zwift cog which is apparently compatible

When I go to Upgrado it says I'm on v57 firmware and that it's up to date. It will not give me an option to upgrade

I've tried using my iPad and my android phone. Tried powering off the trainer and back on but nothing is working

Anyone encountered this?
