Activation code for 12 month trial

Hello, I bought a Direto trainer and got a free 12 month trial code with it for the my e-training app. I downloaded the app, connected the trainer device successfully. But once I try to upgrade to the premium app with the code I get an error.Thanks for your help.

I bought the QUBO DIGITAL SMART B+ and I also got an error message saying the code was invalid. What should I do?

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I bought the Elite Qubo Digital Smart B + product and when I tried to activate the free 12 months in My E-training he says the coupon has already been used. I have the purchase invoice dated the 05/14/2018. What would be the procedure to activate the coupon?
