Elite Direto - Help please!!

I have bought a used Elite Direto and cannot get it to work.
1. I have tried my local dealers and they either have no knowledge or are not interested in someone who did not but from them even though I was prepared to pay for help.
2. I have tried the UK distributor Maddisons and they did not have anyone that could help and they suggested that I contact Elite in Italy.
3. Contacted Elite in Italy and they tried their best , but sorting a problem out via 1 e mail suggestion at a time did not work.
I am hoping to find someone in the NE of England that is conversant with the Direto and is prepared to help me. I am obviously prepared to travel to their location.
Part of the problem is that I am 62 years old and not the most IT competent person.

Your customer care have been very good. They sent me a replacement PCB, however, that did not work. I just wish that there was somewhere in the UK that could check/repair the product as I have tried two resellers and they claim to have no technical support for Elite and I even contacted Maddisons and they also claim to have no technical support for Elite and directed me to Elite in Italy

Elite in Italy have sent me a new unit. Many many thanks to them all.
However I feel that there is a lack of technical backup from most resellers and the distributer in the UK
