Hello to all,
I am facing the weird situation that since a mac update at the end of 2018, the My_E_Training software is no longer displaying the text when I attempt to calibrate the trainer.
I use an iMac Software version 10.14.2. I have uninstalled my previous version of the Elite software, deleted the previous version, and installed the latest one Version 1.3 (88). The situation remained the same and I cannot see any text or instructions in my software when attempting to calibrate my trainer. The same happens when I click the power smoothing.
Also, On my profile, it seems that I cannot complete it and I am not allowed to include my country and state data.
Has anyone a solution to that, or an alternative way to calibrate my trainer (my main objective).
