Qubo Digital Smart B+ doesn’t send information

Hello,

I have a Qubo Smart B+ and it used to work properly with Garmin Edge 820, Zwift and the Elite app - i’m Not a subscriber.

Recently the informations about power, speed and distance are not showed anymore. Also the resistance seems to go down in the middle of the training. The blue and green lights goes off and only the red one rests on.

I sent an email to elite asking about my firmware’s upgrade and the answer was negative: my equipment doesn’t need upgrade.

I don’t know what to do.

Please contact again the customer care explaining the situation.
The guys there will ask you some information to understand what's happening
