Re: Direto
Hi
Don't try to connect the training using the bluetooth menu of the device, it will always cause a reject message.
Restart the phone, run again my e-training app and do again the complete configuration (parameter, configure, select device...).
When you are in the white screen when the app asks you to pedal, wait until the trainer appears on the list and be sure that there's a green tick on it before pressing next.
If still you are not able to see data during the training, please send us the screenshots of the parameter screen and advanced settings screen (or, if you prefer, send them to the customer care at real@elite-it.com explaining the situation)
Regards

Re: Direto
I have tried that and eventually it worked , i have now discovered that it doesnt support windows via bluetooth. i have now tried the zwift app and when i come to pair zwift with a device , it will not recognise the direto , this is all very complicated and confusing , there is no manual to fall back on and i really am now regreting buying this product
Re: Direto
I am having the same or very similar problem with zwift. it seem that the zwift mobile link app on a galaxy s7 doesn't want to pair as a controllable trainer, it does see it as a power meter and cadence sensor, so i can still ride in zwift. But that really isnt how we want to use our trainers. zwift options are essentially use a galaxy 8, an apple product, or a windows machine with a ant + dongle. Essentially buy different hardware because they can't or are unwilling to address their software problem.

Re: Direto
Guys, I confirm you that for some reason Zwift doesn't allow to connect a controllable trainer using the mobile link as a communication bridge.
I suggest you to contact Zwift directly and ask about this option

Re: Direto
Tried connecting Direto to Zwift through ZML and controllable trainer is not one of the options. I have a Galaxy tablet running 4.4 and and a Galaxy J1 running Marshmallow and neither will connect except to Power and Cadence. Spent three days trying to make it work to no avail. Zwift is looking into it and elevated to second tier support. Works well on my PC connected using ANT+.

Re: Direto
I also just bought the Direto and can only connect to Zwift via BT as Power Meter and Cadence - not as Smart Trainer... This is on my Win10 PC with a Huawei P10 as BT link. So the power is not adjusted, but constant... Very annoying...
Is this a problem with the Zwift PC software? Will the Direto work as a smart trainer if I connect to Zwift via BT on other platforms such as Apple TV or IOS?
Anyone know when Zwift is planning to fix this for PC Bluetooth connections?
Thanks

Re: Direto
Super frustrated! Tried 1/2 a dozen times to configure to Bluetooth following E-training app. instructions but get this screen for 30+ seconds. Advance to next and get "Success!" message which is total bullshit - Zwift won't pick up ERG. WTF??

Re: Direto
I have been having similar problems with Direto. The readouts for power and cadence work fine, but the trainer does not change resistance on rides. I have been using the Zwift app on my iPhone. I've also tried increasing resistance with the My E-Trianing app (level mode), and it still doesn't increase resistance.
The trainer was working for my first 3 or 4 rides before it broke. I have a ticket open with Zwift, and have sent a ticket to Elite --haven't heard back from you guys and it's been about a week.
Is there a way to factory-reset the Direto??
