My Elite training issue

Today for reasons unknown when I attempt to use the My Elite training software from my iPad in Level or Program mode I get a message which says age is not set. If I go to parameters and enter my birth date as soon as I enter program or level mode I get the same message again . A return to the parameters pages shows that my previously entered birth date has not been saved and it defaults to today's date. I am therefore unable to use the trainer as I want to.

Any ideas about what is happening here?

Hi, I also am experiencing the exact same issue on my ipad and even tried using the app on my iphone 6. The app was working fine yesterday.

This can't be a coincidence. Hopefully someone from Elite is reading our posts and will provide an explanation and solution.

Same issue for me! Cooincidence that there was an update for the app a week ago which I downloaded? I sent a message to the enquiries email address but received no response yet.

Same issue my date of birth keeps disappearing from my iPad app. Infuriating.

Has anyone seen any progress on this? I still have the same issue which, after 3 days, seems pretty poor.

I am having the same issue. started the other day out of the blue insisted on subscription ( I really only use it on trainings mode) I eventually paid up and now have the age/date of birth issue. Still going on. I tried to download the desktop app which just crashes my laptop. Having paid the money I am not happy.
