Code for 12 months free

I have just got everything set and almost set to start .
Could someone tell me where I can input my code for 12months free online use , have registered but never asked for my activation code .

Run my e-training and open the premium section:
- if you use the app, you have to select left menu and then premium
- if you use the software, you have to select your rider icon, then the crown icon on the upper right corner

Then, you'll see the link to insert the code
