No power - erg mode not working - offset low!?

Hello,
There is no resistance any more, it began 2 weeks ago in Zwift I had to reconnect it, but since yesterday there is no resistance any more at all.
Not in Zwift and not in myelite app.
The offset value is 6400, factory is 6411 (so its 11 point to low)

Is it possible that i first have to tighten the belt before ergmode is working again?
Or another problem?
I have garanty sow......
