Hi elite,
I just bought this trainer 2 days ago.
i have only tried zwift and ERG mode does not work in workout mode.
in free ride the resistance auto adjusts to the hills.
Im running windows 10 through ant+.
Second issue is the power compared to my power meter records about 20W higher on the direto.
I have done calibration and got the value 6172.
the number written by elite i believe is 6179?? or is that 6174?
so i have to tighten the belt correct?

Re: Direto ERG mode not working in Zwift
It's 6174.
So, your offset (6172) indicates that the belt is properly tightened.
Are you sure that your power sensor is properly calibrated?
If it is so, the best way to act is this:
- run my e-training app or software
- create a power training in this way: 2' at 100W, 2' at 150W, 2' at 200W and so on
- run it trying to keep speed and cadence constant in every segment - if possible, register also the output of your power sensor using another device/software
- export the training in csv format
- send the file to our customer care (myetraining@elite-it.com) with a short description of the situation
About Zwift ERG mode, check to have configured properly the trainer (you have to select it as controllable trainer and then select the option with the "fe-c" word on it). If you still have problems, I suggest you to contact Zwift customer care directly.

Re: Direto ERG mode not working in Zwift
Id look into the power comparisons later.
on the ERG mode issue, it was the issue on zwift, some workouts does not activate ERG mode for some reason.

Zwift can disable erg mode on a segment if for some reason you're not able to maintain the current power.
Then, it will enable again the erg mode in the following segment (if your speed allow to reach the required power, of course).

The Zwift has access to disable the ERG mode due to which you're not able to maintain the power. Alternatively, you can use multiple sources of. This solution should be work when you will implement it according to the following instructions.
