Tuo Climbing and Sprinting Power

Postby Travellingnood » Fri Nov 12, 2021 4:00 am

Hi
I have an issue with the power / resistance on my new Tuo.

This is especially obvious when climbing on Zwift where my power output is much too high - I can easily spin up 10% gradients at 900W and my avatar will often start sprinting up hills putting out >1000W. When actually sprinting on the flat, I can put out 2000W and my current 15sec power is 1900W or 23w/kg which is just ridiculous! I am certainly not superhuman and the Tuo is meant to have a maximum powder of 1300W?

I've done multiple spin down calibrations on Zwift and am running the latest firmware (196).

I've seen this issue raised on the Zwift forums and the Elite forums but cannot see that anyone has been given a solution.

If you could please let me know how I can go about fixing this issue I would be very grateful.

Kind regards

First of all, check to have installed properly the bike on the trainer:

If all seems correct but the issue is still there, please contact the support to analyze the situation:

Specify the serial number of your Tuo

Did you get this fixed?

I had weird power readings until I affixed the bike to the trainer properly, ie. enough pressure on the roller-tyre contact. Once I followed the instructions the power readings matched my Stages power meter very well.

Got this from Elite https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... rce=search

I had unusual power readings until I appended the bicycle to the mentor appropriately, ie. enough tension on the roller-tire contact. When I adhered to the directions the power readings matched my Stages power meter quite well. www.imybkexperience.com www.mykfc-experience.com www.mybpcreditcard.one
