Frame still moving after fixing it on the Elite Suito

Hi all,

I have mounted my bike on my Elite Suito, but the frame is still moving after fully screwing on the two sides. More specifically, on the side of the cassette the frame does not move at all, while it has some freedom on the other side. It might be slightly visible in the joined photo. As you can see from the photo, I have screwed so much that I cannot "lock" with the lever. Note that I am already using the black element as an additional thickness, which is clearly not enough. My feeling is that the frame is not really safe with my weight on it if it's not fully fixed.

How do you suggest me to proceed?
