Suito-T stuck after FW update

STart of the winter season, so I wanted to bring my Suito back to operation today !
Upgrado app proposed me to update it to version 210, which I did.
At the end I had a failure message. The Suito stayed in the "blinking blue led" state forever.
Restarted the Suito and same - seems like I'm stuck in the DFU mode (I can see a DfuTarg device when scanning BT from my phone)

Is there any known way to recover the SUito in this case or will I have to send it to Suito for reflash ?
I created a ticket for support in parallel, but in the mean time if there's something known to do to recover , glad to learn it !

Hi,

I've got the same problem with 2 SUITO-T (mine and my wife). Since Upgrado, nothing it's working!!

Elite support was helpful and quite quick, all resolved now:

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
Download the ZIP file from the link below and transfer it to your phone

Using the NRF app, follow the instructions shown in the video at the following link and upload the previously downloaded ZIP file:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UM5VoV ... sp=sharing
(The video shows a Sterzo Smart, but the procedure is also valid for your trainer.)

Once done, complete the trainer update using the Upgrado app.

(video shows use of the NRF app, find DfuTarg, connect, use the 2nd icon from the right on top of the app, select file type distribution packet (ZIP), upload, wait a minute and it´s done)

My Suito T is bricked too after the update. Seems to be a common issue. Can someone please provide the zip-file and an elaborated procedure how to unbrick ?

I have problem when I upgrade software to version 203 - last upgrade. Previous version works fine smothe this one not working interval fe. 250W for 2 min start 10 sec 380 W than 100W it't not possible execute workout like that.
This version on upgrade up istalled on suito not suito t version maybe this is also reason. It's any change to downgrade software to previous version?

Good morning

My roller Elite Suito has been left with the blue Bluetooth light flashing and it doesn't finish updating or do anything.

I have seen the video, but I cannot find the firmware file with version 203 to be able to do the video you indicate.

Where can we get the firmware file to solve it? Can you share it?
