Suito Calibration with PML

Hi, I'm using the suito with PML. Is it still necessary to calibrate the trainer or is it sufficient to calibrate the Power meter?

If you use the PML, power comes from your power sensor.
So, it's not necessary to calibrate the trainer

If I don't use PML?

If I connect my external/separate power meter (to zwift), will I still need to calibrate my Suito-t trainer?
