Bluetooth won't connect after latest firmware update

Hello!

I recently downloaded the latest firmware update. Now the bluetooth signal is nowhere to be found, neither in the myETraining app, Upgrado app, or Zwift. The only connection found is the newly obtained Sterzo Smart.

The LED displays on the Suito are all turned off. When I plug in the power, it makes the usual sounds. When I plug out, the blue bluetooth light is displayed for a brief period of time.

How can I troubleshoot this? I have tried to connect by scanning the QR code in myETraining, but the Suito still won't show.

Hi

If only the led blue switches on, there's a problem on the power line.
The cause may be on the power supply or on the electronic circuit board.

So, first thing to check is the output of the power supply, that has to supply 12V.
You can check with a powermeter/tester or you can ask to your trusted car electrician to check it for you.

If the power supply is ok, the problem must be on the electronic circuit board, which has to be replaced.

Hello again,

It was the electronic circuit board that was defect. I got sent a new one and have successfully replaced it. Works like a charm now.
