Elite Suito - Cant Pedal

My Elite Suito arrived today and I've installed my bike on the device as instructed. I am able to rotate the pedals backwards but not forwards. Any ideas re a fix for this?

Are you sure to have used the correct adapters and to have mount the bike properly?

Specify:
- the trainer model
- the serial number of the trainer
