In Zwift it drops out- Bluetooth problems?

Postby pad » Tue May 25, 2021 9:59 am

Hi everyone!

I bought a new Suito T and i have zwift app.

Sometimes (not allways) i'm riding normally and suddently zwift drops out ( and i'm still cycling). Then i have to wait the trainer until it stops. After stop 1/2 seconds after, starts riding normally again.

This happens in climbing or descent (have no standard).

The trainer makes no abnormal noise.

Maybe Bluetooth connection?

Thanks in advance!

Paulo.

Hi

It seems a disconnection.
Try powering off all the wireless devices in the area, if the situation improves you can then try to understand which device is causing interference.
If this doesn't solve the issue, try also using a different device to connect to the trainer (for example another smartphone) to understand if the quality of the bluetooth transmission of your device is somehow weak.
If you have the same issue also with a different device, try also with my e-training. If also with our app you have the same behavior, contact our customer care:

Select the trainer, then open a ticket

Thanks for the reply.

I'll try disconnect all the BT devices nearby and try to identify which device is disrrupting comunicatition with the trainer.

I wil give feedback of the tryouts.

Paulo.
