When you hear strange noises or sounds from the trainer, it is always necessary to contact the support:
https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket

This because we have to hear that noise to understand the possible cause (you may think that all the noises are similar, but that's not true).
There are many causes that can create this issue and every one needs a different procedure to be solved (adding grease somewhere, replace a part, tighten a screw...)
