Unable to connect

Hi everyone.
I have received my trainer Yesterday and testing it with zwift. Working well.
But today when power it on, only the blue light is activ
(No red one, no vibration, no blink of any light) .
And despite of opening the zwift or élite app, trying to reconnect, turning off and on the trainer (with Moving the trainer Roll) nothing happens.

I am totally stuck and can't do anything to making it working again...
Any Idea or help will be gratefully appreciate!

Hi

If only the blue led is lit, it means that the board is not correctly powered.
The problem may be due to:
- a power supply malfunctioning
- a board issue

If you have a tester/multimeter, checking the output of the power supply is the first thing to do.
You can also ask an electrician to test it and check if the output is 12V.

If the power supply is ok, the problem is on the board and must be replaced.
