Nero ANT+ FEC

My nero ANT+ FEC cant connect to elite app or zwift. But I still able to use Bluetooth to connect and control resistance with zwift and elite app.
I do not have problem on the first day with ANT+. But after i try to configure with elite app i cannot connect to ANT+ anymore either with phone and zwift pc.
Please advise.
