I purchased the Elite Novo Smart Trainer back in October 2019 but never got round to actually using it until October 2020 as just after getting the trainer i had an accident and was unable to ride then the summer came by the time i could ride again.. so winter has came to the UK so I decided to join Zwift and use the trainer on it, and to be fair was all going great until Sunday just gone, now the resistance does not work, I have calibrated the trainer using the MyEtraining App but still no resistance, I have seen online this appears to be a common fault with this model. I have only been using it for 3 months
Can anyone help with some advice as to 1, Can I get it repaired and 2, Where?
I have opened a support ticket but not had a response as of yet.
