Qubo digital interactive smart b+ 2yr old stopped working

My trainer just turned 2 years old on Jan. 8 2020 and has stopped working. The trainer is making bad noises and the resistance is not changing, funny I can't find any warranty info on the Elite website. Does elite have a warranty and service department? 2 years is not an acceptable life span for a smart trainer. Please help.
