Turbo Muin - setting it all up...

Hi
Here are some no doubt silly questions but to my defence I've never owned one of these before, the Turbo Muin I just bought came without manual and I've not managed to find one online either (if you know where I can find one please let me know!).
So here goes;
1. when pedalling should it really sound like a washing machine i.e. a lot of fluid sloshing around. How it is supposed to be?
2. it is hard to attached the back to the trainer i.e. where the back wheel normally is attached. There seems to be a need for some form of adapter or washer. Seems correct?
3. where can I find instructions please how to connect to Zwift, Rouvy or similar? I need to download some piece of software installed on my laptop (just like with Garmin and their Connect), correct? Where can I find it?
