I just have sent a message though the contact form in the support of the official website, but I would like to ask here also.
I have a Turbomuin (2014) and after some time without using it, I discover today oil on the floor.
I remove the cover and the rubber seal seems not to be well positioned.
Do you have replament for this rubber seal?
How much oil I have to put inside? (Because I don´t know exactly how much oil has he lost)
What kind of oil uses the TurboMuin?

I've been told that you're already in contact with our customer care to solve the problem.
The oil to use is a special oil, so we will send it to you (and also a new o-ring)
