How much slope simulates Elite Turno?

Well, this is an incorrect question as Turno is not a simulator.
Its power curve grows up very quickly, far more than what you'd have on an outdoor ride.
The approach you have to use with this type of trainers (Turno, Turbo Muin, Kura...) is very different.
