Turno Wattage over 1500 Watts in idle

Hello,
my Father bought a new Turno Trainer and the Wattage indication shows over 1500 Watts when turning easily and over 7000 when turning with higher force.
The cadance is showed correctly.
The Battery of the Misuro B+ is changed to a new one.
We tried different configuration und the misuro B+ with 12 blinks as showed in the manual and 15 blinks as i read here in the forum.
We tried to configure the trainer with the my elite software in a windows pc and the iphone app.
Unfortnly the trainer is not listed in the PC Software, only on the iphone.
We also tried different wheel circumferences.
At the end we were able to get an more or less accurate wattage on the mobile app, compared it to my pedal powermeter.
But when we get back on the PC the accurate Wattage is gone. We tried it with many different settings in the myEtraining and in ZWIFT.
The failure occur with bluetooth and ANT+ connection.
Is there a hidden calibration menue or what else can we do to get this trainer running.
