Kura no longer recognised on Windows?

Postby Velottante » Tue Jun 26, 2018 12:21 pm

My Kura has stopped being recognised on my Windows 10 PC & other devices. I use Maximum Trainer as the recording app on the PC though it links & recognises the trainer, it no longer will record power, speed or cadence? MY HR monitor is fine so it's not the ANT+ stick either.
All lights are flashing as they should & up until a couple of weeks ago everything was fine. I have tried different PC's, phones & tablets & all are the same, nothing is showing?
Any advice would be appreciated?

If you do again the configuration, the serial number of the trainer appears regularly on the list of available devices?

Only in bluetooth, not ANT but it is still not showing any power, cadence or speed?

Thank you. As an update, I was able to get my apps to recognise the Kura using ANT+ however they are still not able to show power, speed or cadence. On a different app I can see the signal strength & it keeps varying from nothing to low to high.
I will contact customer support for further advice.
