Connecting my Kura to App

I am having the hardest time connecting to any type of app. I just purchased 3 kura's to use with our team and I cannot connect Bluetooth to any of my devices or computer. I have been trying all day with no luck, very irritating. Please help!

Hi

Are you sure to have charged the three Kura?
Please fully charge them the first time and then try again. Also, remember to NOT use the bluetooth menu of your devices to pair to the trainer! Simply run the app and do the configuration there

I'm having similar problems.

Worked with most apps last winter.

Tried to set it up on Wednesday with MyETraining but wouldn't connect with either Ant+ or Bluetooth.
Connected straight away with Zwift, but I don't have an account now.
Cycled a while to see if that would charge the battery. But no.
Tried again yesterday and managed to get Blutooth connected to MyETraining but not ant+ HR sensor
Tried again today got Bluetooth connection to MyEtraining and Ant+ to HR sensor
But it still will not connect to any other app.
