Sufferfest Issue?

Anyone have any suggestions on this Sufferfest issue? The SF app recognizes the Direto in the configuration. I can select the Direto as an FE-C trainer. It recognizes the speed and power. The green light on my Direto stays on indicating it is paired/connected. When I go to start the video, the connection drops. The app registers power, but there's no control of the Direto and the magic green light is no longer lit. It looks like it is dropping the connection somehow but I can't figure out why or how to fix it.
