Resistance problems with virtual shifting on Justo 2

Hey everyone,

I own a Justo 2 trainer with firmware version 34 and hardware revision 9.

During my last Zwift ride, the resistance suddenly stopped working mid-ride. I suspect this may be related to ERG mode not functioning properly.
I tried reconnecting the device and starting a new ride, but the problem persisted.

Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated.
