Data problem

Using an windows pc since I have rund a Zwift software update i do have the problem with Zwift, Bkool and other virtual software.
The software detect the Elite Nero Trainer and show the item in their connection boards. But running an session their is no effect to the avartar and no speed or watt are shown.
The Nero also reacted to hills and is harder to push.
This happens either unsing bluethoos or ANT+
The distance from Laptop to Nero has not changed and bkool shows good connection.
