How do I get the promo code when purchase a Elite Direto XR?!

I cannot redeem the free zwift trial.

I cant find an e-mail address to contact the support on the website and apperently the problem seems to exist for quite a while. There are several other users facing the same problem.

Why is there no easy way to find the contact e-mail of elite?!

Pretty frustrating, that no one of Elite checks the forum and replies to their customer's problems!

Hopefully you got contacted by elite directly since you posted here. I think you must register your unit on my e training and there you get an email with coupon for a couple of apps.

Spent over an hour to apply promo code on zwift ,lost the will to live on direto elite xr the elite site won't even recognise the trainer serial no
