Garmin Training Plan direto XR

Hey all

I have a Garmn Fenix5 and just bought a direto XR.

My question is, how can i use my garmin Training plan in my diretoXR?
So can i import the trainingessions to my e training or can i use a garmin software/hardare to control the Trainer, is there a workaround with another Software?

Now i have to configurate each trainingsession by myself in my e training, thats really lots of work.

I hope i could explain my problem.
