Hello I found topic on old forum that my Real Tour ANT is possible for firmware update (protocol update)
. Serial number of my trainer is 20313.

Hello,
An error occured when I'm trying to update my RealTour trainer
05/04/2020 12:03:14 Request Firmware Version (send)
05/04/2020 12:03:19 Error in FW version reading.
How can I upgrade my trainer (serial number is 22200)?

Hi,
my trainer is not upgradable in fact it gives me your same error.
I believe that your trainer cannot be upgradable.

Hi
If the trainer serial number is higher than 22210, it is upgradable.
