Real Turbo Muin Smart B+, Ant+ connection is not possible

Good Morning,
I have a Real Elite turbo muin smart B + and I have problems connecting to Real software (latest version) through ant +.
I tried the connection but it always returns me an Ant + error message. The trainer is left with the red light blinking and there is no way to connect it to the Real software. However if I can connect it to other software like Bkool and Zwift.
Please can you tell me what I need to do to be able to connect it? I'm desperate.
