Hello all,

I just bought an used Real turbo muin B+ and I have already two issue.
- On startup, there are a strange sound on motor step side, I remove It and during the boot sequence it doesn't move at all but is very noisy
- I do not have any connectivity ( No BLuetooth device )

My supposition, during the boot sequences the home trainer made some tests ( step motor included) because the motor seems to be blocked the initialization process is not completed.

What do you think about it ? Where I can buy a new motor ?

The problem may be on the electronic board or on the motor.
Please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com.
The guys there will ask you some test to find the cause of the issue and to propose you a solution.
