RealPower not connecting (wired ethernet)

Trying to setup my RealPower for the first time in a while. It connects with an ethernet cable and is not being recognized by the Real software (7.2.0.77) Software says I need to connect a first time and restart. I have the unit powered up and connected when I restart the software, but the same message appears.
Any ideas?
