Realtour b+ not changing resistance

My realtour b+ stopped changing resistance last week. I 1st noticed on Zwift, and confirmed using Real videos. I can still connect to both sites and interact as (incorrect) power, speed, and cadence are still being transmitted. But there are no resistance changes at all when the terrain changes.

Because this happens on separate sites, I suspect this might be a hardware issue? Is it even possible to fix or replace the resistance unit? Or is there a software fix?
