Tampa loud banging sound

My Rampa is making a loud banging sound. I looked to see if anything was loose, turn on/off a couple of times and readjusted the bike. Tried again, it was quieter, then a loud "twang" sound. Now the resistance value is very low. Any ideas?

[Rampa macht "Klingelgeräusche". Das hat meine auch. Mit einer Taschenlampe habe ich mal in das Innere geschaut und musste feststellen, dass die "Bremsscheibe" zwischen der Bremseinheit ganz einfach eiert und bei steigendem Anstieg unfahrbar ist. Im Frühjahr wird sie reklamiert.
