Rampa with 12mm thru axle adapter

Hello, i have a Rampa and a 2019 Giant with 12mm thru axle.
The Elite adapter i bought have a spacer on the left of 12mm and the right side is 10mm. Should this be strong enough to hold the bike in place?
Also there is no thread on the plastic Adapter spacers.
Is this oke?
