Hi
If there's no red light, it means that part of the board has broken down.
Usually it is due to a current peak (a storm or something in the electrical system).
It also may be caused by a short if you have accidentally touched other part of the board when you tried to plug in the power supply. This happened with the first productions, then we added some special varnish that isolate better the board.
Anyway, contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com, we'll send you a new electronic board.

I have the same problem and I just sent an email to myetraining@elite-it.com . Will that be ok or should I email real@elite-it.com also.
