Qubo calibration

When I try to calibrate my Qubo Smart Digital B+ the P1 test lasts forever. I was in the red zone for the entire time and just gave up after 15 minutes. How long should this calibration take? I'm using the 1.1.7(40) Elite app on a macbook OS 10.13.1

I am having the same issue with the Novo Smart trainer, did you have any success, is it an issue with the MacBook? Cheers.

He had a problem with the electronic board (the connection module was not working properly).
If you are experiencing the same situation, please contact the customer care at
real@elite-it.com. It is necessary to investigate further to understand if the issue is the same or not.
