Slope for P1, P2, P3

Hi,
I am trying to get the calibration for my Qubu Digital Smart + right.
I don't have a powermeter.
My plan is to calculate the power needed for me and all my data to do a certain slope at a certain speed.
There are really accurate calculators for this to be found on the internet.
6% at 20 km/h should be around 375W for me, 3% at 30km/h around 390W
In the calibration process I need to ride 20 km/h against a medium slope, 30 km/h against a light slope and 40 km/h on the flat.
Now I wonder what is considered to be a medium slope and what is a light slope.
Is medium 6% ? 5% ? 4% ?, and is a slight slope half of this ?
It makes quite a difference.
