A fault has developed so that the resistance does not change, any ideas on how to fix this

I have the same issue when connected to RGT via Windows Bluetooth. Mine is a Qubo Smart Digital but same internal workings so I would be interested to hear of any suggestions too.

Please run my e-training and select level mode (it's available even without subscription)
Pedal at constant speed and increase gradually the level. Do you feel the resistance change?

If not: contact the customer care at https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket
If yes: it may be a configuration issue; contact directly RGT support
