Hi
Whenever I sit on the saddle without holding the handlebars or REALLY stomp the pedals my tyre hits the small "cup" the the elasto roller sits in - any idea if this is a setup failure or just the wau it is?

Hi

Without seeing it it's not easy to understand the situation.
Can you add some photos?

Regards

Hi
Seems it can only be a very small file so the quality is quite limited - you can however clearly see that marks that the tyre have made into the plastic bits

Hi

Can you send a photo from a longer distance so I can see better how the unit has been mounted?
I ask you this because it seems on the wrong side

Regards

It's properly mounted.
Can you check if you have used the external holes to fix the unit of resistance?
If it is so, use the internal ones and this should solve the issue.

If also this wasn't the cause of the error, write to our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com

It's all correct.
The problem we suppose it's on the wheel dimension and bike frame.
I've asked to our quality department and they suggest to use a travel block under the frontal wheel and also to check to have properly inflated the wheel at 7/8atm
