At what serial number did it become possible to upgrade?

Qubo Digital are upgradable from serial number 9784.

I have pairing problems, the value of parameter is on 0270, it's that right? What can I do? The roller don't pairing with my app...

I confirm you that your trainer is upgradable. If you want to upgrade it, contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com.
The upgrade will allow you to connect it to any application that is ant+ fe-c compatible (and of course your device must support the ant+ protocol).

The value you've seen (0270) is ok.
You should be able to pair it with the app, but only if your device supports the ant+.
About the console, try doing the pairing again from the menu after doing a reset by pressing the AC button on the back of the console (check the user manual for the various steps).
