Hi,
just to be sure I assembled my trainer correctly, I have a quick question:
There are different roller size on the market, or Qubo Digital Smart B+ is only sold with 30mm diameter roller?
I ask this because on the assemble sheet are reported 2 different diameters, but I didn't find any evidence on my roller about the real dimension.

In the assamble sheet the pics show how the screws are placed according to the diffefent sizes. Looking at how they are placed my roller is 45 (or if it was 47). Could this be right? Conssidering this answere, you saying they al are sold with 30 mm.
I'm also wonderig why my speed and distance isn't shown, nore in the app or on my computer

Sabina, it's the Fluid that has different sizes. Not the Qubo Digital Smart B+.
Are you sure about your model?
Anyway I suggest you to contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com with a photo of the trainer and the screenshots of the configuration you've set in the app (parameter screen and advanced setting screen). Usually if speed is not shown there's something wrong in the configuration.
