Elite Drivo-firmware update

Postby krzywusek » Sun Jan 14, 2018 11:58 am

Hi. I would like to update firmware in my Elite Drivo however I have some problems. In my mobile application, my e-training I see firmware: 2.2.20 and I cannot update it in any way!?! On my PC version I don’t see/don’t have any information about firmware version and nowhere I can find how to update it. Can you help me please?

Hi

2.2.20 is not the firmware of your Drivo.
It's only the app version.

If you want to update it, open apple store (iOs) or Play Store (Android) and look for my e-training

It's not possible yet, but soon we will release a specific app that will allow to check it and, if necessary, to do the upgrade.

Shane Miller's recent review of the original Elite Drivo shows that there is a definite need for a firmware update. It has been long overdue.

Shane's review confirms what I have been feeling in my pedals. I'm not too happy about greasing the belt either as that is just a temporary measure that needs to be repeated periodically.

He's using Zwift for those tests. I don't use Zwift and don't have those issues in BigRingVR, Rouvy or VeloReality. How SM describes the Elite's behavior in the video is due to how Zwift is programmed. Zwift is known not to play well with some Elite trainers.
