Cadence without sensor

Hello. I seem to be having an issue with my Drivo where it does not send cadence data to any app without the sensor. I usually ride within the Rouvy app but have tried it with the myETraning program and nothing shows up here either. Can anyone help?

Please repeat the complete configuration in my e-training.
When you're asked if you have a cadence sensor, leave the option on "no" (this option is used only for external sensor).
If this won't solve the problem, contact the customer care:

I am sorry to re-open a post this old but I can not resolve this issue.

I have deleted the data off the myETraining app and set the trainer up with no sensors but I still get no cadence data.

I have tried opening a ticket through the support page but it is telling me “ Ticketing service seems to be unavailable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Is there any way I can get my trainer working again?

I think it's simply a configuration issue, but it would be nice to see some screenshot to understand better the situation.
If you cannot submit your request on our website (I suppose that you live in a country with some web limitations), you can write directly an email to info@elite-it.com
